济南茶叶市场瑞春茶庄负责人米女士，长期从事花茶批发生意。谈起今年的市场变化，她首先将原因指向天气灾害。
二 | “受前段时间广西横县的台风灾害，再加上云南雨水多、天气不好，茉莉鲜花价格就上去了。”据米老板介绍，此前市场行情冲高阶段，云南茉莉鲜花每公斤最高可达约100元，广西产区最高涨至每公斤约70元，随着市场供给变化，两地花价现已慢慢回落。米女士向记者介绍，眼下多数商户只是少量拿货维持日常销售，都在观望等待花价回落。 从市场行情来看，几乎所有档次的茉莉花茶都同步涨价，没有出现个别品种单独暴涨的现象。“之前100元一斤的茉莉花茶，现在得到130元才能买到。”米女士给出对比，整体涨幅大约在20%至30%。
济南茶叶市场商户吕先生告诉记者，今年的灾害主要影响伏花，也就是三伏天采收的茉莉花。7月份洪涝发生的时候，春季加工完成的春花成品已经入市，基本没有受到灾情波及。“春花窨制的花茶基本都出来了，是不受影响的。

六 | 买茉莉花茶跟绿茶的客户会多一些。” 据吕先生介绍，今年伏季茉莉花加工到9月份就将结束。新一季春花，云南产区预计次年3月底至4月初上市，广西横县的春花要等到4月底到5月初才能上市。 济南茶叶市场另一位业内商户郑先生告诉记者，济南本地消费市场，百元以下价位的茉莉花茶是消费主流。“茉莉花茶卖得最多的都在100块钱以下，这是大众最常选择的。”这位商户说，这部分大众消费品类涨价幅度并不明显，“前两个月受灾害影响波动较大，现在几乎快回到正常价了。” 得益于春茶库存充足，当前市场货源供应稳定。“春茶的时候大家就大批量进货，存下的货够卖一年。”郑先生介绍，春花库存能够支撑市场销售到年底，真正承压的，是原本依靠伏花制作、供应来年上半年的花茶货品。
