宿州：福彩公益金助力困难学子圆梦大学_我的网站

A |     Investigators in Georgia are asking for the public's help in finding four men who escaped from a jail early Monday morning.The four detainees allegedly escaped the Bibb County Detention Center around 3 a.m. local time through a damaged day room window and a cut fence, the Bibb County Sheriff's office said. A blue Dodge Challenger pulled up to the jail and picked up the men before fleeing the scene, according to the sheriff's office.The fugitives were identified as Joey Fournier, 52, who was being held on murder charges, Marc Kerry Anderson, 24, who was being held on aggravated assault charges, Dernard Barnwell, 37, who was being held by the U.S. Marshalls for an undisclosed charge, and Chavis Demaryo Stokes, 29, who was being held on possession of a firearm and drug trafficking charges, investigators said.The investigation is ongoing.The detention center is located roughly 85 miles southeast of Atlanta.Anyone with information in reference to the location of any of the inmates or the vehicle is urged to contact the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office at 478-751-7500 or the Macon Regional Crime Stoppers at 1-877-68CRIME.。    8月18日，宿州市第二十届“福泽江淮·彩惠民生”关工民政福彩捐资助学仪式在市民政局举行。本次活动使用30万元市级福彩公益金，为当地100名品学兼优、家庭困难的2026级大学新生每人发放助学金3000元。活动由宿州关工委、民政局、福利彩票发行中心联合主办，市委老干部局、市教体局、团市委协办。受助学生代表在发言中表示，将心怀感恩、志存高远，把个人理想融入国家发展和家乡建设，努力成长为堪当大任的时代新人，并积极传递爱心，让公益精神薪火相传。作为全市民政系统品牌公益项目，截至2025年该活动已累计资助学子1700余人，投入公益金近600万元。项目始终秉承“民政为民、民政爱民”理念，持续赋能青年成长，已成为宿州市民生关爱和育才兴学的重要暖心工程。福彩公益金是民政民生事业的重要支撑。自1988年宿州市发行福利彩票以来，全市累计筹集公益金15.4亿元，留存部分全部用于养老服务、残障帮扶、未成年人保护、社会救助等领域，兜牢了宿州民生保障。
