百度地图发布城市交通拥堵排名：北京不是第一个拥堵城市_我的网站

A | 1月14日：今天下午，百度地图发布了《2018年中国城市交通报告》，其中公布了2008年第四季度全国100强城市交通拥堵TOP10。具体来说，在2018年第四季度，哈尔滨是最拥挤的城市，北京仅排名第二，重庆排名第三。

B |     Frankfurt, Oct 19 (UNI) The 74th Frankfurt Book Fair, the largest of its kind in the world, has opened here.
The book fair is projected to draw roughly 4,000 exhibitors from 95 countries and regions. It began on Tuesday.
The organizers stressed that the book fair should be a place of discourse and togetherness in times of crisis and instability, said Juergen Boos, President and CEO of the Frankfurt Book Fair.
Spain is this year's guest of honour. Around 200 authors and creatives from Spain will present their books at the fair, which ends on Sunday.

C | 排名前十的城市有：哈尔滨、北京、重庆、呼和浩特、长春、贵阳、济南、乐山、南京和合肥。上海、清远、长春在缓解拥堵的前十名中排名前三，上海缓解拥堵的程度最为显著，与100个城市的前十名相去甚远。

D | 乌鲁木齐、拉萨、衡阳三个城市进入前十名，交通拥堵加剧。就平均通勤成本而言，北京排名第一（49.4分钟），上海（43.3分钟），南京（42.3分钟），分别排名第二和第三。
